This standard concrete arch culvert crosses Indian Creek near 340th Street, east of Manilla.
Built in 1913, the bridge features a standard design. This standard design is considered to be a concrete arch, although it is actually an arch culvert. The bridge sits on concrete substructures, and features the standard egg shape arch.
Single span slab/culvert structures were built at many road crossings during the relocation and reconstruction of this route. The design is extremely common, and is well suited for small spans.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair condition. Superficially, the bridge shows little signs of deterioration. However, the southeast wing wall is failing, and the arch is sagging near the middle.

The author has ranked the bridge as being locally significant, due to the old age and exceedingly common design.
